Professionally managed networks for large homes, business-grade home environments, and hybrid home/office networks — where stability, speed, and reliability matter. Think multi-floor layouts, many connected devices, remote work, and business use from home.
We deliver and operate UniFi-based infrastructures with central monitoring, a secure management VPN, and lifecycle automation. This is not consumer mesh Wi‑Fi: it is standardised, enterprise-style infrastructure for demanding homes and home offices.
We prefer UniFi; enterprise brands (Arista, Juniper, Cisco, …) are available by agreement. Heavy automation keeps managed costs down — that is not possible with standard consumer home networking gear. Hardware supply is optional; see the Services overview for platform, enterprise, and hardware options.
All ongoing management is remote (ticket/e-mail) via a secure management connection.

Essential is limited to the standard Home Assistant core and simple automations — no community add-ons or HACS. Estate covers extensions and custom work within the included hours; time beyond the monthly allowance is quoted separately.
Access to Home Assistant
Smart home management requires remote access to Home Assistant.
- With a network management package, access is usually already in place via the management VPN.
- Smart Home only (no network package): access is set up during one-time onboarding (if not already available; quoted separately).
Secure remote access is part of the design — for example Nabu Casa, your own VPN, Cloudflare Tunnel, Tailscale, or comparable solutions. No open ports or unsecured exposure to the internet.

Pricing
Monthly fees are indicative for managed services and reflect the scope of large, demanding residential setups (device counts, segmentation, and support level). Initial design, hardware, and on-site work are quoted separately.
Network: small changes under fair use (max 30 min/month). Smart Home Essential: max 1 hour/month; Estate: max 2 hours/month. Additional time is available on request or can be purchased separately.

This is a managed network and smart home infrastructure service — not consumer IT support.
The following is explicitly outside the scope of these packages:
- Internet provider outages (ISP issues)
- End-user devices (laptops, phones, printers)
- Windows / macOS troubleshooting
- Consumer mesh, ISP routers, and unsupported network gear (enterprise brands by agreement — see Services overview)
- Add-ons, HACS, and custom integrations under Smart Home Essential (included in Estate, within the hourly allowance)
- Bespoke automation or scripts beyond package hours (project basis)
- Ad-hoc "computer help" tasks
